Back-to-Eden Ranch Birthday Party

We will be delighted to help you custom tailor your party according to your needs! Contact us if you are looking for a different day/time than what is listed on the calendar. You can also specify any questions or special requests on the birthday party booking form.

1. Arrival and Departure:
Birthday parties are scheduled for 2 hours, and you/additional guests are welcome to arrive 30min early to setup and stay 30min later to tear down and clean up. Please be sure your guests know what time the party ends, since we may have events going on after yours. Please inquire about availability if you would like to request more time for your birthday party (additional fee applies).


2. Things to do:
During the two hours, you are welcome to visit with animals (outside the enclosures); play in the playgrounds; sit around our campfires (seasonal); fly kites; play bean toss, tether ball, and pickle ball (bring your own bats and balls); play games on our grand lawn; and take photos with our beautiful, peaceful mountain views.

3. Farm Time:

A complimentary 30min session to feed the goats, alpacas, and bunnies may be available upon request.

4. What is provided:

  • 1 picnic table provided for every 6 guests, PLUS 3 more eight-feet folding tables (for food) and 1 four-feet folding table (for cake)

  • 11 benches (seats 22)

  • 1 refrigerator shelf for cake

  • 1 indoor bathroom

  • 2 cornhole toss boards

  • 1 axe throwing game set

  • 1 tether ball

  • 3 playground sets

  • Grand lawn for games

5. What you bring:

  • Food, drinks, serviettes, ice & coolers for ice, serving utensils, covers for food to keep flies out

  • Decorations, picnic blankets for the lawn, music, etc.

  • 1 tablecloth for each table provided; strong tape if tablecloths are not heavy enough to withstand wind; option to rent tablecloths

  • Trash bags (for taking your own trash home); option to request trash service

  • If using the sprinkler pad: towels for all kids; option to rent towels

  • A parking attendant volunteer (someone to direct your guests for the first 45min); option to request birthday party assistants

  • Decoration/setup and cleanup team (recommend at least 5 people); option to request birthday party assistants

6. Pricing:

$439 or $399 (cash) for up to 30 guests; $150 or $135 (cash) for every additional 15 guests, plus any add-ons. Please note that the headcount includes all children/babies, decorators, vendors, etc. Final headcount required 5 days prior to birthday party.

Additional $100 deposit required upon booking; refunded 1 day after the birthday party if everything is left in good order. Deposit is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

7. Other notes:

  • You are welcome to stay 30min after the party ends to tear down and clean up. Any guests or cars lingering after the 30min window will incur a late charge of $95 per half hour overtime.

  • No dogs, please. If any dogs arrive, we will ask that you keep them in your car or charge $50/dog

  • Please note that there may be other activities going on at the farm during your party. Please have your children stay with your group at all times and not to wander off. Be aware that certain areas of the farm have electric fences.

  • Please provide a final headcount 5 days before the party, including all adult and children attendees as well as any outside vendors, decorators, helpers, etc. You can add to, but not subtract from, this final headcount within the 5 days prior to the party.
